Returns and Refunds Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Conditions

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return.

Return Procedure

1. Contact us at contact@helio.com with your order number.
2. We will send you return instructions within 48 hours.
3. Return the item in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.

Defective Items

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at contact@helio.com with photos of the item.
